Innovative unique design

Different from general machines, F5X-630L High speed 5-axis milling machine center focuses on high-speed and precision
design. Short force flow is reinforced on one-piece box type machine bed. Finite element analysis for whole F5X-630L
main structure, and excellent design for light-weight, and high rigidity. Rotary Table (B-axis) with large cross roller bearing,
and uses fix and semi-fixed bearing for supporting 3 axis ballscrew. In addition, to enhance the stability of the cutting and
feeding, F5X-630L is column type structure with parallel saddle design and roller linear guideway for X, Y, and Z axes.

High speed and high accuracy performance

In order to meet customer requirements, the features of F5X-630L high speed 5-axis milling machine center are high speed
spindle of 16000 rpm, X/Y/Z axis rapid traverse rate of 48m/min, and C-axis rotation speed of 8000 rpm. Besides, to achieve
high torque, speed and positioning accuracy by programmable backlash elimination technology on B axis and C axis rotary table.

In the Modular design, work table max load is 500 kg and work table rotary is plus or minus 95 degrees. For the best performance
